Shipping

Shipping charges are FREE. Items are shipped via UPS Blue, which is a promised delivery by the end of the second business day from the shipment day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

Merchandise Availability

Regardless of our determination to carry all items in stock, occasionally there is unanticipated demand that exhaust our supply. Our jewelry is mostly handcrafted and always of the highest quality, and because of this it can take longer to restock some items. Should a delay occur with your order we will notify you immediately. We are confident that you will find your selections worth the wait.

Your Return Policy

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED article of merchandise within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Geminspiration.com offers no exchange before sending your article of merchandise back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

The article you wish to return:

• can be sent back to us only after you have completed and submitted the online Return Processing form available on the Geminspiration.com site;
• must be unused, unworn, unaltered and not damaged;
• must be sent in its original packaging;
• return items must be shipped back to Geminspiration.com within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery;
• must be sent in one single shipment: articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund your order value, less a $ 5.00 restocking fee on each returned item. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Geminspiration.com.

If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, Geminspiration.com will be entitled to dispose of such merchandise in its sole discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

 Refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees.

UPS

Your return must be sent to us by UPS. By following the UPS Return instructions on our Returns Processing page you will print a UPS label to be attached to your package.

The location of your nearest UPS store or drop-off location is also available on the Returns Processing page. You may also give your package to a UPS driver. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your merchandise if you ship your return without using UPS. To make a return click here.
